In this scenario, we’ll produce the full 50 pieces, fulfill the customer’s order for 20 pieces, and stock the remaining 30 in our inventory. This ensures that both our customers and artisans benefit—our customers can place smaller orders, and our artisans continue to receive steady work. Additionally, if the customer prefers to continue with the delayed order, we offer a 10% discount on the final invoice to acknowledge any inconvenience caused.
