REFUND POLICY

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued wholesale customers. Our refund policy reflects this commitment while maintaining fairness and transparency. Please review the terms below for clarity on how we handle refunds:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Production Starts: If you choose to cancel your order before production begins, we will issue a full refund, deducting any applicable transaction fees.

  • After Production Starts: Orders canceled after production has commenced are non-refundable due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive items that are damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues or shipping mishaps, we offer the following options:

    • Replacement: Return the defective items, and we will provide replacements. The customer will bear the cost of one-way shipping.

    • Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued for defective items, or the amount can be credited toward your next order.

  • Claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

 

3. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, refunds are not available for products that meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. However, if the delivered items deviate significantly from the approved sample or agreed-upon specifications, we will review the claim and work toward a satisfactory resolution, which may include a partial refund or replacement.

 

4. Refund for Missed Delivery Deadlines

  • We take pride in adhering to committed delivery timelines. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the order by the agreed-upon date:

    • You are entitled to a 100% refund of the payment, issued in the original mode of payment.

    • Alternatively, if you choose to proceed with the delayed order, we will provide a 10% discount on the final invoice and include a complimentary gift as an apology.

 

5. General Terms

  • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval of your claim.

  • Refunds will be made in the same currency and payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Shipping costs for returning items, unless caused by a mistake on our end, will not be reimbursed.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.

  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the claims window.

  • Custom or bespoke orders unless the product is significantly different from the agreed specifications.
