  • All prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of taxes, shipping charges, and duties unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made through the approved payment methods mentioned on the website.

  • Orders are processed only after receipt of payment or a confirmed purchase agreement.

    5. Order and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • We cater to wholesale orders with flexible MOQs. Specific MOQs for each product are mentioned in the product descriptions.

  • If an order is below the standard MOQ, we may accommodate it by stocking the excess quantity as part of our inventory.

  • Prototypes will be shared for approval before proceeding to mass production. Any changes post-approval may incur additional charges.

    7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer multiple shipping options, including economy, priority, air cargo, and sea cargo, to cater to your business needs.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applicable in their country.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to customs or logistics issues are beyond our control.

    8. Returns, Refunds, and After-Sales Support

  • As a wholesale supplier, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

  • Issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

    For approved returns, we offer:

  • Exchange: Replacement of the defective product (customer bears one-way shipping costs).

  • Refund: A 50% refund or credit towards the next order, as per the customer’s preference.

    Video calls for product inspection before shipment are available to ensure satisfaction with the order.

    9. Ethical Practices and Fair Trade
